The Reformer Gets Serious!

I’ve just recently returned from a four-day Advanced Reformer course up at Body Control Pilates in London so am now armed with a wealth of new techniques to share with you! We were really put through our paces, learning about the advanced exercises which this versatile piece of equipment can deliver for the more experienced user. With names such as Snake, Corkscrew and Teaser these exercises really will take your sessions to the next level and beyond!
