"I had been suffering from increasingly sore back problems and by the time I contacted Lea I was on prescribed analgesic pain killers. At first, I could never imagine being able to do many of the stretches, but they felt helpful and with a bit of perseverance I am now able to lay concrete or collect in the firewood without too much trouble. Although starting from a very basic level, Lea is never complacent and I find it amazing what I can do now, without realising that the exercise plan had been working up to it over time."
